No. This PNNA Senior Leader Summit is only for senior leaders.
Yes. You are responsible for reserving any extra vacation nights using your personal credit card.
Yes. For challenging west coast or Canada flight schedules, you may stay in your arrival city on Sunday or arrive at Cloudland that day. Speak with your line manager about arrangements and business coverage.
Yes. If flight schedules require an extra night in your departure city, please speak with your line manager about arrangements and business coverage.
Cloudland is in Rising Fawn, Georgia, on Eastern Standard Time (EST) for the summit.
Yes. Select the chartered roundtrip bus during registration. It leaves BRN Monday at 8:30 a.m. CST and returns Wednesday around 5:00 p.m. CST.
Yes. Include your dietary requests and any ADA compliant or accessible-room needs in the registration form.
Personal costs should only apply if you extend your stay or purchase personal items.
Your room is not on a corporate meeting account. Pay using your corporate card and expense it to your function.
Sunday check-in is 4:00 p.m. EST for travelers who have spoken with their line manager. Monday check-in is noon–1:30 p.m. EST.
Yes, on the corporate resort account. Monday: light lunch and dinner. Tuesday: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wednesday: breakfast and lunch.
Gratuity details will be shared here once confirmed.
Wear closed-toe shoes suitable for a trail hike, long pants and layers. Check the weather before the trip; mornings may be chilly.
The valet fee is $43 per night.
